LCI PTA Bylaws and Standing Rules Amendments

To maintain good standing with Texas PTA, League City Intermediate PTA must update their Bylaws and Standing Rules with Texas PTA every three years. As the chartering agent, Texas PTA provides and oversees a bylaws template that includes required language which cannot be changed by local PTAs. For customizable areas, amendments to the bylaws and standing rules require membership approval. 

The LCI PTA Bylaws Committee reviewed the bylaws and standing rules, made the changes required by Texas PTA and made the below recommendation for amendments to the LCI PTA Bylaws and Standing Rules at the Membership Meeting on February 2, 2026.
